In 2004, Kate founded Back2Fitness, a clinic dedicated to helping individuals return to sport and physical activity following injury. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and a deep understanding of the demands of sport at all levels.
Alongside her clinical work, Kate has been a passionate educator in higher education, and is committed to developing the next generation of Sports Therapists.
